1. About MissedQ

MissedQ is a study tool designed to help medical students and other learners identify weak topics, record why questions were missed, and generate study-related summaries or insights.

MissedQ is intended for educational and study-support purposes only. It is not a medical device, clinical decision-making tool, diagnostic tool, treatment tool, or substitute for professional medical, academic, legal, or other professional advice.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction, to use MissedQ.

By using MissedQ, you confirm that you have the legal authority to agree to these Terms and that your use of the service complies with applicable laws and regulations.

3. Account Registration

• Infringes another person’s intellectual property rights
• Contains confidential exam questions, copyrighted question-bank content, or materials you are not allowed to copy
• Contains protected health information or identifiable patient information
• Is abusive, harmful, misleading, defamatory, or inappropriate
• Attempts to interfere with the security or operation of the website

5. Exam and Third-Party Content

MissedQ is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any exam board, medical licensing organization, qbank provider, university, or third-party educational platform unless clearly stated.

You should not copy, paste, upload, or store copyrighted exam questions, proprietary qbank questions, answer explanations, screenshots, or other materials unless you have the legal right to do so.

MissedQ may remove content or restrict accounts if we believe the service is being used to store or share unauthorized third-party content.

6. AI Features

MissedQ may include AI-powered features that generate summaries, explanations, weak-area insights, study suggestions, or other educational outputs.

AI-generated content may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or inappropriate for your specific situation. You should independently verify any AI-generated output before relying on it.

AI features are provided for study support only and should not be used as a substitute for textbooks, official course materials, licensed medical resources, professional judgment, or qualified instruction.

You are responsible for how you use AI-generated content.

7. No Medical Advice

MissedQ does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or clinical recommendations.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse MissedQ. Prohibited activities include:

• Attempting to access another user’s account or data

• Using MissedQ to create competing products or services without permission

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MissedQ and its owners, operators, employees, contractors, affiliates, service providers, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, academic consequences, exam outcomes, business interruption, or unauthorized access.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MissedQ’s total liability for any claim related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to use MissedQ in the three months before the claim arose.

17. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MissedQ and its owners, operators, employees, contractors, affiliates, service providers, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:

• Your use of MissedQ
• Your User Content
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any law or third-party rights
• Your misuse of exam, qbank, copyrighted, patient, or confidential information

MissedQ may rely on third-party services for hosting, authentication, databases, analytics, email, payment processing, AI processing, or other functions.

We are not responsible for third-party services, websites, tools, policies, or content. Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
